Deputy Manager
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our preschool leadership team. This is a rewarding opportunity for an Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping high-quality provision for children and families. Working closely with the Pre-school Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the setting, support staff, and ensure the delivery of an inspiring, inclusive and well-planned EYFS curriculum. You will help maintain high standards of care, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing, and will take responsibility for the setting in the Manager’s absence, including staffing, ratios, curriculum planning and operational procedures.The role involves supporting and mentoring staff, overseeing observations and assessments, working in partnership with parents and external professionals, and ensuring the preschool continues to meet and exceed Ofsted expectations. You will also act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead in the Manager’s absence. Trainee Deputy Manager
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Early Years Practitioner or Room Leader who is ready to take the next step into leadership as a Trainee Deputy Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about high-quality early years provision and eager to develop their leadership and management skills. Working closely with, and fully supported by, the Pre-school Manager, you will take part in a structured training and development programme, with the aim of becoming fully trained in the Deputy Manager role within 6–12 months. During this time, you will gradually build confidence in leadership responsibilities, including supporting staff, contributing to curriculum planning, overseeing daily practice, and ensuring safeguarding, welfare and EYFS requirements are met.
You will continue to work directly with children, supporting learning and development, while also gaining experience in staff supervision, parent partnerships, SEN support, operational procedures and day-to-day management of the setting. You will be supported through regular mentoring, supervisions and training opportunities to help you succeed in the role. Level 3 Early Years Educator
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly preschool team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 2–5 years, supporting their learning through play and helping them thrive in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. The role includes supporting daily routines and activities, leading engaging play-based learning, delivering the EYFS curriculum, and acting as a key worker for a small group of children. You will build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues, observe and support children’s development, and help ensure the setting meets safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements at all times. Apprentice Early Years Practitioner
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our preschool team as an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner. This is a rewarding role for someone looking to learn, develop and build a career in early years education while working hands-on with children aged 2–5 years. You will work a minimum of 16 hours per week in the setting, supporting daily routines, play-based learning and children’s wellbeing, while completing an Early Years apprenticeship over approximately 18–24 months. Alongside your working hours, you will complete additional learning, training sessions and assignments. If required, Maths and English qualifications will be completed as part of the apprenticeship. With the support of experienced staff, you will learn how to deliver the EYFS curriculum, help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment, build positive relationships with children and parents, and develop the skills needed to become a qualified Early Years Practitioner.
