Fees & Charges
New Starter Fee / Deposit: A non-transferable deposit of £195.00 is payable to confirm your child’s place.
For funded spaces, this deposit secures the place and will be refunded within one month of the start date, unless used
towards uniform or additional fees. If a place is accepted but the child does not attend, the deposit is non-refundable.

Waitlist Fee (Non-Refundable) – £25.00 to secure a place on the waiting list. This fee is non-refundable under all
circumstances.
Booking Amendment Fee: £20.00 Charged for any changes to your child’s schedule outside of funded hours and our standard termly review periods, subject to availability.
Ad hoc hours: for care outside of sessions: £13.50 ( upon request and subject to availability)
Late Collection Fee: Initial fee: £20.00. An additional £15.00 per 15 minutes will be charged thereafter. Please refer to our
Non-Collection of Children Policy for full details.
Late Payment Fee: £50.00 per week - Charged weekly for overdue invoices or part-payment delays.
Notice of Withdrawal / Session Changes: A full term’s written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child, make
changes to their sessions or opt out of the consumables fee. In the absence of such notice, a full term’s fees will be charged.
Administrative fees will also apply. We reserve the right to adjust our fees with one month’s notice.
