Yes I agree to pay the daily consumables fee for my child to participate in all of the enrichment activities (eg yogo, sports, & special event) and receive a snacks.
No I do not wish to pay the daily consumable fee and will provide all required items for my child. I understand that my child will not take part in enrichment activities in the enhancement provision.
Yes I confirm once a space has been offered to pay £195 regsitration fee/deposit plus £4 booking fee, to secure my child's space.
